  • "​My husband and I would highly recommend hiring Randi as an Event Coordinator. We asked Randi to coordinate our wedding after meeting with her in the Spring of 2020 (right as COVID hit)!!! She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I have to say, getting married during a pandemic was an emotional roller coaster. Randi was right by my side to help tackle every obstacle. She is creative, organized, attentive and very patient. After having to reschedule the wedding twice, we were left without a Musician with less than two months until our big day. I reached out to Randi and she has three virtual auditions scheduled for us within 48 hours. Not only is she a problem solver, she is also very empathetic and kind. I would often call her after a set back, such as a new ordinance limiting our reception to ten people :( She would listen, offer her support and would then come up with a solution within 24 hours! Randi’s organization and attention to detail are impeccable. I have included photos to showcase her work. Our guests are still talking about the decor! Lastly, her pricing is by far the best in Colorado! I met with five other Event Coordinators before hiring Randi. All required a 2,000-4,000 minimum, regardless of the wedding size. Randi offered us a customized package that fit perfectly with my vision and budget! She is also budget savvy and a great negotiator. We will definitely hire Randi to coordinator future events.
